Our team of full-time specialists work all year round on major property transformations throughout the Mont Blanc region, from Chamonix, Les Houches and Servoz to St Gervais, St Nicolas de Veroce, les Contamines Montjoie and Megève. 

We’ve been in the property transformation business since 2001. Today, second-home owners and property investors from all over the world trust us to plan, manage and deliver their one-of-a-kind luxury chalet renovations: from a luxury Mont Blanc bolthole or a mountain home-from-home, to a show stopping rental at the top of the local market.

How it works

  • Step 1: Let’s talk

    Contact us for an informal, no-obligation chat about your renovation project.

  • Step 2: Property assessment

    We’ll visit your property to discuss your plans. At this stage we’ll take measurements and talk materials: we’ll gather all the information we need to provide you with a detailed quote. If you don’t yet own the property, discover our Services for Property Buyers.

  • Step 3: Renovation quote

    This is where you’ll start to see the AW Rénovations difference. We’ll take time to tot up all the costs – materials, labour and any specialist skills – to give you a clear and detailed price.

  • Step 4: Booking

    You give the green light, and we’ll book in your project! A deposit is payable at this point to secure your project, and we will begin to plan your project dates

  • Step 5: Work begins

    When your project date comes around, our team will be ready! Provided that all the relevant permissions are in place, we'll swing into action, and you can rest assured from now on that everything will be taken care of, on-site and off.

  • Step 6: Renovation

    Most major renovation projects take time to complete: don’t worry; we’ll be in regular contact with phone and video calls from the site, keeping you up to date from beginning to end.

  • Step 7: Handover

    The exciting moment! We’ll hand over the keys to your better-than-new renovated property. This can be an emotional moment; be prepared!

Of course we want you to love your finished property: but the result isn’t the only thing we care about. We will do everything to ensure that the whole transformation experience is as smooth-running, well-planned and stress-free as possible.
